Is your company licenced to carry passengers?

Yes, we are Licenced by Transport for London. Our Private Hire Operator licence number is 010664. We are Trading name of Jilani Transfer Ltd.

Do I have to pay extra for airport pick-up and drop-off?

Not at all, our airport pick-up and drop-off charges are included in the price quoted.

Can I book my next trip directly with the driver?

No, if you book your trip directly with a driver your trip will NOT be insured, and we will NOT cover you for any loss.

What Airports do you cover?

Since we are a London-based minicab operator, we cover all major London such as Airports Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, City Airport, Farnborough, Southend and Biggin Hill. We can pick you up from or drop you off at any UK airport if you are travelling to or from London.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

For all cancellations made up to 48 hours before your pickup time we will change 20 pounds to cover the card transaction fee. Pickup within Greater London 100% of your price is paid if cancellation is within 0 – 4 hours of your pickup time. 50% of your price paid if cancellation is within 4 – 24 hours of your pickup time. 100% of your price is paid if the passenger failed to contact us before leaving the pickup point. Pickup outside Greater London 100% of your price is paid if cancellation is within 0 – 24 hours of your pickup time. 50% of your price paid if cancellation is within 24 – 48 hours of your pickup time. 100% of your price is paid if the passenger failed to contact us before leaving the pickup point. All refunds can take up to 15 working days.

Do I have to book in advance?

We strongly recommend you book well in advance to avoid any disappointment on your arrival. Prebooking makes your travel stress free, and our driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.

How quickly can I prebook my transfer?

We have a minimum of 4 hours window on our website, however, if you are at the airport and need a car ASAP, please call us at +44 (0) 207 183 1835 and we will try and arrange a car for you.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our expert partner driver will monitor your flight so no need to worry your pick-up will be adjusted accordingly.

What happens if my flight is cancelled, or I am not able to board the flight for any reason?

Please call us immediately and we will be happy to amend your booking.

Are your drivers and vehicle Licenced and insured?

Yes, for all our passenger safety we only use Licenced Drivers and vehicles who have fully comprehensive insurance.

What do I do if I forget anything in your car?

Please give us a call at the earliest and we will investigate it. If your item is recovered, you can either pick-up yourself or arrange a pick-up.

What should I do if I cannot locate our driver?

If you are at the right meeting point you will see our driver with your name board if not, please don’t go anywhere call us at +44 (0) 20 7183 1835 and we will help you to locate your driver.

Where can I locate my driver?

Driver Meet-up location will be mentioned on your booking confirmation. Normally at all airports, our drivers will be waiting for you in the arrival hall displaying your Name on the name board.

Do you allow pets in your cars?

We only allow guide dogs to travel with you, no other pets are allowed. If you want to travel with a guide dog, please let us in advance.

Do you provide a Child seat?

While travelling in one of our Private hire Vehicles, Child seats are not mandatory. You may bring your own child seat, or you can request one when booking. We will try and allocate a driver who can provide a Child seat upon your request; however, we cannot guarantee this request will fulfil due to the unavailability of a driver with a car seat.

Are your Vehicles wheelchair friendly?

Unfortunately, our vehicles are not wheelchair friendly, but we can accommodate you with a foldable wheelchair which can fit in the car boot. Please count your wheelchair as one check-in baggage as this needs a similar space to your check-in bag.

How do I pay for my Transfer?

You can book and pay securely on our website, if you make your booking by calling our office our team member will send you a secure payment link by email and you can pay for your transfer from the link.
